If you’re thinking of losing weight, one way to start is to get mobile.  How does one do this?  Aside from getting a pet monkey and the banana diet, ABL suggests you have a single trashcan in your household.  Instead of having multiple trashcans at your convenience, just have one trashcan.

This forces you to get up and walk over to the single trashcan every time you want to throw something out.  By doing so, you burn more calories and program yourself to be a bit more mobile.

If you want more of a challenge get a small trashcan.  So every time it fills out, you are forced to empty it out.

Try it out!

It’s not a huge impact but it does make a small difference and it’s an awesome start to making a change.
