thisistheendA few months back ABL posted about the Target Exclusive version of “This is the End”.

ABL never really got around to opening the package till today.  Upon opening it, ABL discovered the UVVU insert with the code was missing.

Since it was over 90 days, ABL couldn’t do an exchange.  So ABL contacted the Sony Support Team (Consumer@SPHECustomerSupport.Sony.com) and asked about the insert.  In less than 5 minutes, ABL got a response.  All they needed was the e-mail associated to the UV account and voila, minutes later the movie was added to the account.

LESSON :  Ask and you’d be surprised on what you can get!
