Fitbit Customer Service


It pays to contact customer service.

ABL has a Fitbit Zip whose case broke.

ABL contacted Fitbit’s customer service, explained the situation and voila, after a few days, received a free replacement.

No need to buy a new device, just replace the damaged part and all is new again.

You’d be surprised what a simple e-mail can do.  Worst thing that can happen is that they say no.  But you’ll never know unless you ask.

ABL saved close to $20.
