A few weeks ago, ABL lost the clear bud on her headphones.

IMG_3383Instead of buying a new pair, she contacted their customer service.  Sent a quick note and voila…

LESSON : You will never know until you ask.  Some companies are actually great in maintaining customers by going that extra mile.  All ABL had to do was ask.
