Retailers give them out hoping to make consumers spend MORE money.

How to use them wisely?
1. Make sure you’re purchasing an item with a really good deal.
2. Buy practical items – like for example BEST BUY, $5 buy ink, batteries or paper
3. Use it to buy a gift for someone if an occasion is coming up
4. Do the math right – make sure you do all the calculations to ensure you’re getting a good deal. (sometimes you have to pay extra for shipping and it may be cheaper to purchase it at a store in person than use an online certificate)
